Fall and Winter training focus
This Fall and winter we will be focusing on Ground Training along with the use in Trailer Loading and unloading. I have recieved many emails on disrespectful horses from the ground and it just so happens most of these horses wont load, are nervous in the trailer if loaded and fly out when the door is opened.
With more shows coming up and 4H ride nights starting you need to have a safe sane partner in getting to the event and back home again.

REMEMBER :
1. In horse culture there are no equals - YOU are a LEADER or a FOLLOWER! In a herd horses have a pecking order that is neat simple and often brutal, otherwise known as BLACK or WHITE. They do not hesitate to bite, kick, push in order to establish hierarchy.
2. Horses like to follow, but will only follow a clear and consistent leader.
3. Horses will always try to please the those in a higher pecking order.
4. Instinct dictates responses to the first three rules.
Be a Leader or you will be treated like lower herd mates by having a pushy, disrespectful , dangerous and sometimes mean horse(s).
In being a leader it doesnt mean you are mean to your horse, that you beat them or abuse them. If you are intrested in learning more please feel free to contact us.
